IMA conference on mathematics of robotics

BMBF calls for proposals for JRGs in the field of AI

DFG publishes third call for consortia proposals for the NFDI

European commission proposes AI act

BMWi publishes study on explainable AI

DECHEMA publishes position paper on process simulation

The "DECHEMA Society for Chemical Engineering and Biotechnology" published a position paper on process simulation describing the current situation and future challenges. Expert panel recommends funding for MaRDI as part of the NFDI

The "Mathematical Research Data Initiative (MaRDI)" has been recommended for DFG funding as one the consortia of the national research data infrastructure (NFDI). MaRDI aims to set standards for certified mathematical research data, the design of confirmable workflows, and it provides services for the scientific community. Applicant institution is WIAS and ITWM is one of the co-applicants -- both are institutional members of KoMSO. More information can be found at <https://www.mardi4nfdi.de/>.
